The Role – Recruitment Consultant

Screen candidate applications and qualify them for specific roles

Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other outlet sources

Build relationships with clients and candidates, understand their needs and deliver on them

Identify future hiring needs and retain current talent

Promote the business through example as a service for clients and candidates to use for their hiring needs

Be an ambassador for them in the market!

Competencies and Skills – Recruitment Consultant

Proactive and able to work independently

You will be working alongside industry experts with 15+ years of experience within the sector, and aiding them to win new business

Sourcing candidates using various job boards, networking sites, and referrals

Degree in any discipline

Excellent communication skills

Team player and able to maximise opportunities across desks within the team

Fast-paced and used to operating with a sense of urgency

Good attention to detail
