Node.JS Developer - Fully Remote - Salary Up to £65,000 (D.O.E) - Permanent

Overview

As a Node.js Developer, you’ll work directly with the CTO and Head of Engineering to design, develop, and scale their product. You’ll be working within a modern tech stack, focusing on serverless computing, microservices, and cloud-native development. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are excited about solving complex challenges, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain microservices using Node.js and TypeScript .
  • Integrate and optimize cloud services on AWS to enhance performance and scalability.
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between backend and React.js-based UI .
  • Participate in code reviews to uphold high standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

  • Must have a STEM Degree from a Russell University background
  • Strong professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript .
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying applications on AWS (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3).
  • Experience with React.js or other modern front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with serverless computing frameworks and patterns.
