Location : Radstock

Salary : £48,799 + Overtime (x1.5)

Hours : 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday), rotating early and late shifts. Includes 1 in 3 Saturdays (6am12 noon) and participation in an on-call rota (including nights).

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK manufacturer for a Multiskilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join their site-based engineering team in Radstock. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that plays a vital role in supporting the UK agricultural and food production industry.

The Role :

You will be responsible for performing both proactive and reactive maintenance on plant and equipment, with a focus on minimising downtime and supporting the ongoing efficiency and safety of the production and intake systems.

Key duties include :

• Conducting planned maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems
• Rapid response to breakdowns and production interruptions
• Supporting continuous improvement by identifying and implementing efficiency and safety enhancements
• Maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance and uphold health and safety standards
• Working closely with the production team to resolve technical issues promptly
