Learning Support Assistant (Caerphilly)

We are currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join SET Recruitment.

This role is ideal for individuals with previous classroom-based experience , but we are also keen to hear from those who have worked extensively with children in other settings such as childcare, youth work, or community roles. If you have a strong background in supporting young people and are looking to take your skills into a school environment, we would love to speak with you.

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) . Whether this experience comes from working in schools, care settings, or other relevant environments, your knowledge and confidence in this area will be highly valued.

Key Requirements :

• Experience working with children or young people
• Ideally some classroom-based experience
• A flexible, patient, and proactive approach
• SEN experience is highly desirable
