The Job

As a Front End Developer for the Loyalty Squad, you will own the guest experience UI and bring the visual design to life. You will create a seamless guest membership that boosts engagement and drives repeat visits. The ultimate goal is to create products people love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the end-to-end front-end experience for My Flight Club / My Shuffle Club members.
  • Ensure performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Participate in feature design meetings and contribute ideas and insights.
  • Coordinate with Product Manager and Senior Developer on timing and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Designer to implement designs into the structure.
  • Contribute to front-end architecture, build systems, and deployment workflows.
  • Present prototypes and work-in-progress builds to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll

  • Be enthusiastic, driven, and meticulous.
  • Have professional experience in a similar role.
  • Produce clean, modular, and maintainable code.
  • Build responsive interfaces.
  • Have strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
  • Be familiar with component-based web frameworks e.g., React, Blazor.
  • Experience building Progressive Web Apps (PWA).
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Curiosity to experiment with new technologies and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
