We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and developing marketing strategies to promote our products / services and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

• Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages to individuals, groups, and corporate clients.
• Develop new business by identifying prospective clients through cold calls, online inquiries, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Create customized itineraries based on client needs and budgets.
• Negotiate rates with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other suppliers.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, email newsletters, and travel fairs.
• Attend travel exhibitions, tourism events, and trade shows to represent the company and expand contacts.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, visas, insurance, and travel requirements.
• Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports, track bookings, and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
