Interim Commercial Contracts – Public Sector

We have been exclusively instructed by our client, a Scottish public sector organisation, on a role for an experienced interim commercial contracts solicitor. This full-time position is on a fixed term basis of 12 months. Although initially working remotely, this organisation’s offices are in Edinburgh, however a blended working model will be on offer, post COVID restrictions.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years’ PQE. Experience of providing expert and complex legal advice to the clients within the areas of procurement and contracting in local, regional and national projects of high value and complexity is essential.
