Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and deliver expert psychiatric assessments and treatments in a community setting.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to junior psychiatrists and support staff.
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in Adult Psychiatry.

Qualifications :

  • MBBS qualification and GMC registration.
  • CCT in Adult Psychiatry or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Consultant in Adult Psychiatry with a focus on community-based care.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
