My client is a Salford-based construction company specialising in general construction, responsive repairs, and special works, and they are on the lookout for a Responsive Repairs Coordinator to join the operations team. What Youll Be Doing : As our Responsive Repairs Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping projects and emergency repairs running smoothly. Youll be the link between clients, operatives, and the internal systems

ensuring jobs are logged, scheduled, and completed efficiently. Key responsibilities include : Logging new jobs into our internal software system Scheduling jobs into operatives diaries based on availability and priority Allocating operatives to emergency / urgent repair jobs Sending completed job sheets to clients and arranging any follow-up works Communicating daily with clients via phone and email Preparing job completion details for invoicing What Were Looking For : Practical experience or background in responsive repairs or a construction environment Good understanding of construction processes and terminology Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Confident communicator
