This is not a siloed role - you'll have the chance to diversify your practice and work across a range of asset types, structures, and jurisdictions, moving away from a narrow CLO focus and developing a well-rounded structured finance skill set.

Ideal Candidate

Qualified in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction

2-5 years' PQE in structured finance, securitisation, or fund finance

Experience with corporate loan receivables or esoteric asset classes preferred

Strong technical ability and commercial insight

Prior experience at a top international, Magic Circle, or US firm advantageous
