Job Description : POSITION SUMMARY
Our most elevated skincare expert, the Estee Lauder National Skincare Specialist delivers the ultimate luxury skincare experience with advanced skin treatments according to Estee Lauder luxury protocols and rituals. The National Skincare Specialist must exemplify the highest level of professional skincare image, skin treatment and product technical knowledge and luxury behavior.
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES
Any candidate for the National Skincare Specialist should demonstrate key qualities and experience across the four pillars :
TREATMENT & RETAIL EXECUTION (60%)
Execute and upholdbeauty room standards with excellence across all locations in their market, collaborating with the local and global Education team to ensure all luxury treatment needs are met. Perform elevated skincare treatments for consumers as needed in key doors nationally, with two days per week spent in Flagship London store. Ensure personal retail and experience targets are met consistently, analysing results and identifying luxury skincare retail and market growth opportunities.
HIGH-TOUCH EVENTING (20%)
Act as an elevated luxury skincare representative & ambassador for the Estée Lauder brand in public— guest appearances, in-store and virtual events, press & influencer partnerships / events. Perform elevated skincare treatments for VIP clients as needed in key doors. Collaborate with local & global teams to identify high-profile opportunities to elevate the brand’s luxury skincare offering.
EDUCATION (10%)
Lead by example by delivering the highest level of Re-Nutriv service every day. Elevate Beauty Advisor skillsets through facilitation and demonstration in Re-Nutriv seminars and through in-store coaching as needed to support Beauty Advisor Re-Nutriv Ambassadors in achieving personal / counter retail and experience goals. Identify and share local skincare product & experience trends with local affiliate and global teams regularly. Support UK&I Regional Education Managers in the Re-Nutriv strategy execution and participate regularly in Global-led Education opportunities.
SOCIAL & VIRTUAL SELLING (10%)
Host elevated livestreams on brand-owned channels as needed (primarily esteelauder.co.uk and ELUK Instagram). Lead by example in content creation, creating elevated skincare expert content on relevant social channels regularly (at least 1x / month). Collaborate with regional teams to create relevant social content for strategic skincare launches to be leveraged on affiliate social channels.
