Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive inbound sales and generate new business through lead qualification and conversion
  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored, creative proposals
  • Host site visits and nurture strong client relationships to secure bookings
  • Collaborate closely with operations and events teams to ensure flawless delivery
  • Maintain accurate records via sales trackers, contracts, invoices, and POs
  • Support Event Managers onsite when needed
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences

About You :

  • Previous experience in event sales, ideally within an events venue
  • Highly organised and capable of handling administrative tasks with accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude and a proactive mindset
  • A team player who is motivated to exceed expectations
