Now we’re looking for a Bar Manager ready to lead from the front and bring energy, elegance, and excellence to our bar operations.

The Role

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Bar Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our bar service, working across one of Scotland’s most iconic venues.

Your Mission

Run the daily bar operation with clarity, control, and class
Drive consistently outstanding guest experiences across every service
Recruit, train, and develop a motivated, high-performing bar team
Take responsibility for stock ordering, stock take, and cost control
Set and maintain impeccable service standards and team culture

Who You Are

You’re an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for premium service, people, and performance. Calm under pressure, confident on the floor, and obsessed with quality.

You’ll Bring

Minimum 2 years' experience in a bar management or supervisory role

Proven stock take and inventory management skills

Strong mixology background – from cocktail classics to creative signatures

Clear, confident leadership and team-building skills

Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities

Commercial awareness – understanding margins, waste, and sales drivers

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and shifts as required
