Role description
As a Onepilot agent, you work as a freelancer and assist the customers of our clients with their inquiries.
After completing e-learning training for each project, you'll gain access to a knowledge base designed to help you respond efficiently. Using Onepilot’s technology and documentation, you’ll handle customer requests via email, chat, or phone .
You work fully remotely from home and are paid per resolved ticket . The pay depends on complexity , handling time , and your location , and ranges from €0.40 to €2 per ticket .
On average, our agents earn between €15 and €20 per hour .
