Striker / Carpenter Labourer

Kilnbridge - one of the UK's leading civil engineering and construction specialists are seeking skilled Stikers / Carpenter Labourers to join our team. The striker will be responsible for assisting the carpenters with measurements and maintaining a tidy workspace. Kilnbridge are looking for a reliable and hardworking Striker / Carpenter Labourer to join our project team in Mayfair. Days : Mon-Fri (occasional Saturday work) Hours : 10 hours paid per day The Striker / Carpenter will be expected to :

• Assisting carpenters with day-to-day tasks on-site
• Preparing and maintaining tools, materials, and work areas
• Striking formwork and assisting with shuttering and framework removal
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting the team with general labouring duties as required. The Striker / Carpenter Labourer will be required to have the following qualifications.
• NVQ Level 2 / Green CSCS Labourers card.
• IPAF
• Proven experience in striking.
• The Striker will need to use a range of hand tools.
• Good understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
• Basic understanding of drawings.
