PMO Data and Reporting Analyst - Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Circa £33,231 per annum (Dependent on Skills & Experience) Permanent Full time, 37 hours per week    Thorpe Wood House, Peterborough A Cascade of Opportunities!

We are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Portfolio Management Office (PMO), where you’ll play a crucial role in delivering a reliable, single source of truth for our Totex Investment Programme.

Key responsibilities :

Reporting & Visualisation - Create trusted, high-quality reports using Microsoft Power BI. Integrate data from core systems to build clear, actionable dashboards and reports to meet business needs

Data Integrity & Management - Ensure data outputs are accurate, validated, and consistent. Maintain reporting standards and address anomalies. Manage master data tables and ensure timely data refreshes.

Predictive & Trend Analysis - Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide forward-looking insights to support decisions. Flag emerging issues to relevant stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement & Support - Work with users to understand reporting needs. Offer support and guidance on report use. Drive improvements to streamline reporting and reduce duplication.

What does it take to be a Data Analyst?

Proven analytical experience, preferably in a project or investment-focused environment

Strong knowledge of data analysis tools – particularly Microsoft Power BI

Sound understanding of relational databases and data modelling

Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data quality

Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex insights clearly

Proactive, approachable, and collaborative – a trusted partner to your stakeholders
