The Role :

As a Field Performance Manager on our Anglian Water alliance, you will monitor performance of field resource on the maintenance & repair contract, working closely with a variety of stakeholders to maximise day-to-day operations, ensuring the planning of work, control of plant, labour and risks are all controlled.

In this fast-paced environment, we'll be making good use of health & safety expertise, as well as your organisation. You will ensure our field teams are effectively managed and able to cope with project demand and appropriate assistance and mentorship is provided to promote a ‘right first time and zero harm safety culture'.
