Experienced Junior Sous Chef wanted to join the kitchen brigade at a combined boutique 30 bedroom hotel with a modern Asian influenced restaurant on the ground floor catering to a very rock n roll and high profile clientele in the heart of Soho.

• Job Type : Full Time / Permanent
• Salary : £35,000 p / a gross + Company pension
• Hours : 40 hour week based on 8 hour shift rota in any 7 day period .

About the Role of Junior Sous Chef

Ideal for someone who is meticulous, enthusiastic, career motivated with initiative and passion ready to develop their career and knowledge within the higher end of the catering industry, working with and taking instruction from our Michelin star executive chef.

Food Safety and Hygiene Certification to at least level 2 or above essential.
