Graduate Planner

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supporting senior planners with planning applications, policy work, and research.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and planning submissions.
  • Assisting with site appraisals, feasibility studies, and planning applications.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and the public.
  • Developing an understanding of local planning policy and regulations.

What We’re Looking For :

  • A recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a relevant degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A passion for town planning, sustainability, and contributing to the future of urban development.
  • Ideally, you’ll have some practical experience or relevant internships, though this is not essential.
