This role is to go in as the FOH Receptionist, but one of the Directors will be in need of a PA soon. They want to train this individual to be his PA. Ideally a 1st / 2nd jobber. Someone you trust to be a hard-worker and genuinely bright with common sense. Responsibilities :
- Answering, screening and directing calls – taking and relaying messages.
- Managing meeting room diaries.
- Meeting and greeting guests and showing them to the meeting rooms – ensuring they have refreshments.
- Clearing and tidying the meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries (incoming and outgoing).
- Organizing and maintaining office / kitchen and stationery supplies.
- Overflow PA duties.
- Running errands and anything ad hoc.
- Watering plants and maintaining the coffee machine. The individual :
- They need someone who is hard-working and happy to stay late when busy.
- A cheerful and personable individual.
- They must be well-presented, and it is vital that they understand the importance of first impressions.
