Our client is looking to appoint a full-time or part-time Solicitor , Legal Executive , or equivalent to their family law department.

You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with private family law caseloads, including :

• Divorce proceedings
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Cohabitation and separation agreements
• Pre and post nuptial agreements
• Children matters

You will be able to build and develop new and existing client relationships, and work effectively as a fee earner as part of a successful family law team.
