Job Description :

This role, for a commercially strong Business Development Director, will be responsible for managing strategic and operational sales and business development activities in the North Region (Manchester or Newcastle based).

You will drive sales activity and business growth, originate new opportunities, and develop strategic partnerships to expand market presence.

Responsibilities include :

• Originate new business opportunities with prospective clients in the region
• Identify and research target clients to develop pipeline and convert prospects
• Manage and drive the sales process to convert prospects into clients
• Meet regularly with prospects to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities
• Collaborate with relevant teams to develop tailored proposals
• Manage sales data, KPIs, and pipeline information
• Advance regional strategy
