Flannery Plant Hire is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team. As an Operator Recruiter,you will play a critical role in ensuring we provide our customers with the best service by sourcing and on-boarding the finest operators seamlessly.
Responsibilities :
Utilising the existing database to source operatorsDealing with general day to day queriesBeing proactive in finding / screening new operatorsEnsuring all documents and references are verifiedBeing well organised and planning aheadBuilding / Maintaining relationships with new / existing operators.Being able to problem solveExperience :
Previous resourcing experience in the construction industryConfidence in speaking to a variety of peopleExcellent organisational skillsExperience in being able to multitask, and follow instructionsBenefits
