Job descriptionA solid background in structured cabling (CAT6 / 6A, fibre) Strong commercial awareness and site coordination skills Project Management qualification (e.g. Prince2, APM or PMP certification) SSSTS / SMSTS certification Experience working with design teams and main contractors Experience working within ISO 9001 or other quality management systems Experience and confidence in raising RFIs, managing change control, and leading from the front Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills Good IT skills including Microsoft packages
We’re looking for an experienced CNS Project Manager to join our team at Datel London.
You’ll lead structured cabling and network infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to handover – managing site teams, subcontractors, budget tracking, design coordination and client liaison; effectively monitoring and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, on time and in budget.
- Conduct site surveys as required.
- Ensure documentation is in place and monitor project deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder relationships.
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them.
