As Hospitlaity Head Chef you'll take charge of all hospitality services within the building, which includes meeting rooms, event spaces, an la carte restaurant, and a private dining room. Leading a kitchen team of 10, supported by two Sous Chefs, you'll prepare everything from breakfast to finger foods and full la carte meals. Daily covers can range from 30 to 500 guests across multiple venues including meeting rooms, the Talent Academy, and the restaurant.
You will bring a strong background in corporate dining and events, with hands-on experience managing high-quality food service in fast-paced, professional environments. Your genuine passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences and exceptional customer service will drive you to consistently exceed expectations. You understand the importance of attention to detail, teamwork, and innovation.
