Phlebotomy / Health Coach - Vine Surgery Partnership

Are you passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive team environment? Vine Surgery Partnership is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist / Health Coach to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

In this dual role, you will carry out essential phlebotomy services including venepuncture, sample handling, and maintaining clinical supplies. You will work closely with our clinical team, ensuring that blood samples are collected and processed accurately and in line with best practice.

As a Health Coach, you’ll support our patients by delivering preventive care and lifestyle advice, conducting health checks, and assisting with chronic disease management. You’ll play a vital role in promoting patient wellbeing and helping individuals make informed decisions about their health.

We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, well-organised and committed to maintaining confidentiality and patient dignity. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, and training will be provided as needed.
