Job description

Accurately resolve technical and advice queries received via Live Chat, phone, email, ASK, and other digital media within agreed service levels.
Drive continuous improvement of the technical query resolution service through liaison with various departments to develop systems and tools to support the Partnership in resolving their queries efficiently.
Provide bespoke presentations to potential and existing Partners to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.
Consult on complex, bespoke queries as part of the Mezzanine service, acting as the subject matter expert.
Maintain awareness and improve technical knowledge in the Financial Services and Wealth Management sector, including SJP products, processes, and systems, along with service skills.
Lead colleagues' development through training delivery aligned with the Pathway to Competency to uphold high service standards.
Draft and approve the development, launch, and maintenance of technical / advice framework content for distribution via media such as Techlink articles and Partnership websites.
Serve as subject matter expert on projects within the division and broader company.

Who we’re looking for :

Qualification to Level 4 Diploma required, with a willingness to work towards Level 6 (Chartered).

Recognized expertise in all products, services, and systems offered and used by SJP, including Pensions, Protection, Tax, Trusts, and Advice Guidance.

Solid understanding of the SJP Advice Framework.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working across various media, including Live Chat, email, and telephone.

Experience in a fast-paced technical query resolution environment, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
