JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary : The Senior Director of RD&E for Bioprocessing is responsible for leading a Global RD&E organization and product portfolio for the Life Sciences Sector of Ecolab. This person will interact closely with divisional marketing, sales, customers, functions and industry experts to proactively identify and successfully execute on innovative, game changing product concepts while maintaining current product lines. The Senior Director will provide leadership on technology advancements, new product and service opportunities, and improvements in operational and organizational productivity. Additionally, they will ensure alignment of team objectives to strategic plans and effectively leverage Ecolab Global RD&E resources to improve overall return on RD&E investment. This position reports to VP of RD&E for Global Life Sciences.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $152,100.00 - $228,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentives based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
