About the Role

In this role, you will :

  • Take on a mix of property transactions, supporting existing clients while building your own portfolio.
  • Develop long-lasting, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
  • Play an active role in business development, raising the team's profile and bringing in new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • A Solicitor or Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives (FCILEX) with 0-3 years' PQE.
  • A strong understanding of property law, with experience in property transactions.
  • A client-focused, proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
  • A passion for business development and the drive to contribute to the growth of the team.
  • Flexibility to attend the Truro office regularly.
