Pay : 14.50 / hour + 50 per sleep-in

Hours : Full-Time, Permanent

Help lead a small team in delivering high-quality, child-focused care in a new 3 bed EBD home. As a Team Leader , you will support the Deputy and Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations and mentoring support workers.

What we're looking for;

• Experience working with children in a residential care setting

Supervisory experience or ambition to step into a leadership role

Relevant training and qualifications

An understanding of Ofsted and childrens safeguarding

Must have right to work in the UK

Enhanced DBS required
