This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient scheduling and coordination of a fleet of vehicles to meet customer service level agreements across commercial and utility sectors. • Plan and allocate vehicle and driver resources to support efficient and time-critical service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day scheduling of operations and field technicians.
• Act as a key point of contact for emergency response requests during Out of Hours periods.
• Respond to internal and external queries with professionalism and accuracy.
