Are you a commercially astute professional with a passion for shaping impactful development projects?
At Southern Housing, we're seeking a Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive the successful delivery of our Development & Sales programme.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, you'll provide strategic support across procurement, contract negotiations, and cost control-ensuring robust frameworks and partnerships are in place to mitigate risk and deliver value. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, playing a key role in securing the commercial success of our ambitious housing initiatives.
