Job Description :

The role offers a starting salary of £48,569, rising to £51,490 after training. Overtime is paid at time and a half after 40.25 hours. Benefits include a pension scheme (company 4%, employee 5%), death in service cover (£60,000), sick pay, private healthcare, and a subsidised canteen.

The ideal candidate is a time-served Electrician, Mechatronician, or Fitter with recent manufacturing experience. The shift pattern includes alternating days and nights over a four-week cycle :

• Week 1 : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 7am-7pm (days)
• Week 2 : Wed, Thurs 7am-7pm (days)
• Week 3 : Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun 7pm-7am (nights)
• Week 4 : Wed, Thurs 7pm-7am (nights)

Responsibilities :

Person Specification :

Candidates must be a qualified, time-served Maintenance Electrician, Mechatronician, or Fitter with recent manufacturing experience, particularly in electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding, and plant maintenance.
