A leading healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Integration Lead to support the post-acquisition integration of a recently acquired business.
Key focus areas :
- Lead cross-functional integration across operations, HR, finance, technology and commercial
- Ensure delivery of key work streams with clear governance and reporting
- Align systems, processes, and culture between the two organisations
- Report directly to senior leadership and work closely with acquired entity teams
