Job description

Real Estate Energy Solicitor (2-4 years')

A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Energy Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE to join its team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Role Overview :

  • You will handle real estate matters related to energy projects, including property acquisitions, sales, leasing and development
  • You will provide legal support for renewable energy projects such as wind and solar energy
  • The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
  • Collaboration with other teams within the firm will be essential to support multidisciplinary projects
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key aspect of the role

Candidate Profile :

  • You will have 2-4 years' PQE in real estate law, with some experience in energy law
  • You should be able to manage your workload with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong technical and commercial skills
  • Effective communication and the ability to work well within a team are important
  • An interest in renewable energy and a desire to develop expertise in this sector are preferred
