The right candidate will play an active role in driving this growth and supporting the founders in ensuring the business operates within financial parameters, aligns with sales targets and delivers on strategic objectives.

Principally the role will involve hands-on management and floor presence, with an excellent attention to detail, of the businesss restaurant and accommodation offers, as well as oversight of wider hospitality projects and management of the hospitality team
