The Craneware Group supports a flexible work environment as well as a collaborative and teamwork focused atmosphere. Employees will be expected to work a hybrid working arrangement spending 40% of their time per month in the Tanfield office - approx 2 days per week.

The Technical Resource Manager is responsible for the assignment and management of technical resources for the Implementation Team providing input on performance of the technical resources, ensure that training is complete and up-to-date and verify that hours are properly recorded against assigned projects.

You Will Be :

  • Act as a liaison between the technical and Implementation Services teams.
  • Work with Sr. Engineers to ensure that employees are appropriately trained, and that training documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Assignment of projects to Engineers, both employees and contractors.
  • Responsible for performance management, coaching, and resource management for Implementation Engineers.
  • Meet regularly with technical teams to ensure clear communication on project status and prioritization.
  • Maintain skills-based matrix for technical resources.
  • Review and evaluate project task reporting to ensure validity and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with established internal policies, procedures and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and third-party vendors.

You Will Bring : Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of IT industry standards and practices related to healthcare.
  • In depth understanding of TCG Implementation process.
  • Strong understanding of Capacity and Resource Planning.

  • Experience

  • 4+ years in a technical role.
  • 2+ years of experience managing technical resources.
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of related experience.
