Job descriptionChair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal) Manage day to day of the job overseeing an Education Scheme Refurb / Fitout - with M&E Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis Ensure H&S is adhered to & updated accordingly Record on-site progress and lookaheads Report into Senior Management Work closely with the contracts manager Experience as a Site Manager (refurb / fitout expeience preferred) CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid

FREELANCE : £275 - £300 a day

What you will do as a Freelance Site Manager
- Oversee project from start to finish
- Report directly to the Project Manager
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
- Support commissioning and final handovers
