Base pay range

Network Manager – £80,000 + Bonus | Ipswich | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite Post-Probation)

My client is looking to hire a couple of experienced Network Managers to join their Technology & Strategy team, supporting critical communications infrastructure across multiple sites in the South East and East of England.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of on-prem network infrastructure , working closely with both internal technical teams and trusted third-party providers . You'll play a key role in the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise and operational networks — including elements of LAN / WAN, SDWAN (Cisco Viptela), IP routing, and datacentre environments .

Salary up to £80,000 + bonus
Blended working : Initially full-time onsite in Ipswich, moving to 3 days onsite / 2 remote after probation

Key Responsibilities :

Lead network design and service delivery

Collaborate with internal teams and third-party providers

Manage network capacity, resilience, security, and documentation

Provide technical assurance, incident support, and ensure compliance with policies and cyber standards

Ideal Experience :

IP network management and design in multi-vendor environments

Knowledge of Cisco SDWAN , LAN technologies (e.g. HSRP / VRRP), and datacentre infrastructure

Experience working with ITIL frameworks and strong documentation skills

Ability to translate technical details into business impact
