Electrical Service Engineer

to join its expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual with a strong electrical background—and ideally some mechanical knowledge—to work on a diverse portfolio of machines across multiple manufacturers. The company supplies new equipment and services existing installations, offering a varied and rewarding workload. Key Responsibilities : Electrical service, repairs, and diagnostics on engineering machinery

Upgrades, retrofits, removals, and installations

Preventative maintenance and general servicing

Supporting a wide client base, primarily across the North West, with occasional nationwide travel

Working independently and as part of a close-knit team of engineers

Ideal Candidate Profile : Minimum 6 years' experience in Electrical Engineering

Experience with industrial machinery servicing

Mechanically competent (preferred but not essential)

Computer literate and confident in using diagnostic tools / software

Possesses a clean or near-clean UK driving licence

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

Role Details : Full-time, permanent position

Core hours : Monday to Thursday 7 : 00am – 4 : 15pm, Friday 7 : 00am – 2 : 30pm

Stockport-based workshop with frequent site visits across the North West and occasional overnight stays nationally (approx. 2 nights / month)
