Job Title : Senior Residential Support Worker

Location : Shrewsbury, Shropshire

Salary : £36,000 + Benefits

Service : Children’s Home

Service Users : YPs aged 7-17 with EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties)

Home; Number of Beds : 3-bed

Qualifications Required : Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent

Experience in Years : Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in residential care

Employment Type : Permanent

Who we are looking for…

You have achieved Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People’s Workforce. Ideally, you will have experience in the Residential Children's Services sector or have worked in a similar setting working with children with challenging behaviour.

This role offers a great work- life balance with the condensed working rota and sleep-ins, shifts start. Above all, we are seeking like-minded, passionate people who truly want to make a difference.
