Requirements Manager

Our client, an established global leader in industrial engine manufacturing, is seeking a Requirements Manager to help define and drive the future of high-capacity power solutions (750kVA-2250kVA). Key Responsibilities : Define and manage product requirements across global markets Lead new product introductions and voice of customer (VOC) activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Engineering Support technical launches and develop business cases for future programs What We're Looking For : Strong project management and communication skills Ability to translate complex needs into clear product objectives Commercial awareness and ability to influence stakeholders Experience with large engines or strategic product development (preferred) If you're ready to take your skills to the next level and make a difference in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
