Job descriptionFirst-class academic track-record Prior experience in M&A advisory (at least 12 months of full-time UK experience) Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Outstandingmunication skills Proactive team player Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support Managing Directors in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modelling, and preparation of marketing materials
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, perform valuations, and developplex financial models
- Assist in the creation of client presentations, pitch books, and other documentation for potential investors and stakeholders
- Contribute to the preparation of transaction-related documents such as memorandums, presentations, and reports.
