Job descriptionDelivering all construction activities in line with health & safety policies Working according to RAMS Monitoring quality and progress Coordinating direct and indirect (subcontractor) personnel Leading and delivering the project programme Liaising with internal departments Maintaining and completing high-quality records, reports, and paperwork promptly Providing regular site updates to the Contracts Manager Communicating regularly with the client SSSTS or SMSTS First Aid Certificate Time-served tradesperson or qualified to appropriate level (HNC / HND / NVQ) Proficiency in IT systems

We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for a Site Manager to work on several projects starting on July 21st . The projects include an LED lighting upgrade, demo works, and M&E upgrades. This role will last until the end of September. The working hours are generally 8-hour days.
Start date : Monday, 21st July .
Requirements include :
- Enhanced DBS
- SMSTS and First Aid certifications
As a Site Manager , you will be responsible for :
