Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Weighbridge Operator located in Timsbury. The Weighbridge Operator will be responsible for weighing incoming and outgoing vehicles, recording weight data, maintaining records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Daily tasks will include operating the weighbridge system, issuing tickets, and assisting drivers with instructions and guidance for safe and accurate weighing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience operating weighbridge systems and ensuring accurate weight measurements
• Knowledge of the Weighsoft 5 operating system would be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication skills to assist drivers and coordinate with the transport team
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in waste management
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record management
• Experience in the waste management industry or similar field is advantageous
