The Role

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Sales Team Leader to join the Exhibitor Sales Team based in Islington. This is a dual-role position involving both hands-on sales activity and the supervision of Sales Executives. You'll play a key part in driving team performance, coordinating exhibitor marketing activities, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Manage your own pipeline of sales leads and process exhibitor orders
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and support service delivery onsite
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and order details
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up to gather feedback and uncover new opportunities
  • Support the execution of exhibitor marketing campaigns across the group

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and results-driven individual with strong sales instincts and leadership potential. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced team. Experience in the exhibitions industry is a plus, but not essential.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Organised and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable analysing data to drive decision-making
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Some knowledge of email marketing platforms is advantageous
