Our client, a long-established law firm in Essex, is seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to join their dedicated private client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to further their career within a reputable firm committed to providing high-quality legal services.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in the Wills, Trusts & Probate team, advising clients on a wide range of private client matters and contributing to the firm's ongoing success in delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on simple and complex Wills
- Assist with Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
- Handle Probate and estate administration
- Advise on trusts, IHT, and estate planning
- Provide guidance to elderly clients
