The role :
- Management of internal Sales functions including the Sales administration team
- Build strong relationships with internal staff members and customers
- Maintain and improve processes for identifying and controlling the sales pipeline within the business
- Ensure customers are being delivered exceptional levels of customer service
- Create and maintain key KPI’s across the sales functions
- Be involved in sales handovers to the Sales delivery team as required
- Create and deliver structured periodic reports based on performance to group Directors
- Deliver the one to one system to the sales team and encourage coaching and development for the less experienced members of the team
