We are partnering with a fantastic primary school in Ealing , offering a unique opportunity for a motivated Graduate to gain invaluable classroom experience. As a key member of the team, you'll support students across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping children of all abilities improve their reading and writing skills. This role is the perfect stepping stone for anyone aspiring to a career in teaching or education.
The Role : Primary Teaching Assistant
- Location : Primary School in Ealing
- Commitment : Full-time (Monday – Friday)
- Start Date : September for the full 2025 / 26 academic year and beyond
- Salary : £543.00 per week (term-time only)

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate :
Holds a degree (2 : 2 or above).Has experience working with children or young adults (preferred but not essential).Is enthusiastic about motivating and inspiring students to reach their full potential.Possesses the confidence to independently support larger groups of students when needed.Is adaptable and self-motivated, with the ability to work across different age groups and levels.Shares a vision for creating a dynamic and exceptional learning environment.Can assess and support individual pupils' needs and progress effectively.Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students.Why This Role?
