Job description

Job Title : Adminstrator

Salary : £13PH

Contract : 2 weeks

Location : Sheffield City Centre

Hours : 37.5 per week 8.30am – 5pm

Job Role :

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone call promptly and efficiently
  • Taking receipt of deliveries
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms
  • Booking car parking spaces
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Answering staff queries
  • Assisting with minor IT issues

Role requirements :

  • Proficient with MS office programmes and outlook
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to work on own initiative and self-manage
  • Great organisational skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Previous receptionist
