Job Title : Adminstrator
Salary : £13PH
Contract : 2 weeks
Location : Sheffield City Centre
Hours : 37.5 per week 8.30am – 5pm
Job Role :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone call promptly and efficiently
- Taking receipt of deliveries
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Booking car parking spaces
- Ordering office supplies
- Answering staff queries
- Assisting with minor IT issues
